Event discovery
Event pages show public schedule, format, host organization, and current registration availability.
How Yova works
Yova separates public discovery from private participation and internal administration, while providing clear routes to published recognition information.
The public journey
Availability and visibility always depend on the existing event, record, organization, and certificate rules.
Search eligible public events or browse records that are currently published for public viewing.
Register through an eligible event page and keep the private registration reference and access code provided to you.
When a record is approved and published, its recognized snapshot and approved public evidence can be viewed through its public page.
Public pathways
Public discovery, private registration access, and certificate verification are intentionally separate experiences.
Event pages show public schedule, format, host organization, and current registration availability.
Existing participants use their private reference and access code. Those credentials are never placed in public navigation or URLs.
Published records show recognized facts. A certificate verification link shows the current status of that specific certificate.
Publication is not automatic
Events and records become available on the public website only when their existing lifecycle and visibility requirements are satisfied. A public record presents its recognized published snapshot rather than administrative working data.
