Deliberate publication
An event or record must satisfy its existing lifecycle rules and belong to an active organization explicitly available for public display.
Trust and public information
Yova's public pages distinguish published recognition information from private participation, review, and administrative details.
Public trust principles
Public availability reflects the platform's current publication and visibility decisions; it does not expose the underlying administrative workspace.
An event or record must satisfy its existing lifecycle rules and belong to an active organization explicitly available for public display.
A public record uses its recognized published version. Later administrative working changes are not silently substituted into that public snapshot.
Only evidence that is active, verified, approved for public visibility, and connected to the recognized version is presented publicly.
Information boundaries
Dedicated public identifiers are used for public events, records, registrations, and certificates instead of internal database identifiers.
An eligible public record page provides a concern form. Submitting a concern sends the information into the existing review workflow without exposing internal handling details.
Certificate verification
A certificate verification page is reached through that certificate's public link. It presents the certificate's current status and the public recognition information available to that certificate. The general public website does not enumerate private certificate or participant data.
